The Foundation
The Foundation was incorporated in 1995 as an independent 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Corporation.
The Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of representation from the County, Town of Woodsboro, Town of Austwell, Town of Bayside, Town of Refugio and the Refugio County Chamber of Commerce.
The Foundation serves as the County-Wide economic development corporation.
